Child Death Review Team Findings: Implications for Health Educators
This article describes the findings of the Hillsborough County, Florida child death review team for the years 1996-1998, & discusses the important roles that health educators can play in prevention efforts. Findings show that suicide accounted for approximately 5% of child deaths. Methods, victim demographics, & implications for prevention are briefly discussed. (17 refs)
