Suicide, once a distasteful subject, has emerged as a pressing global concern in the modern era. This research seeks to provide a comprehensive analysis of the factors contributing to the alarming rise in suicide rates across the world. We explore the multifaceted nature of this phenomenon by examining various factors that intersect and amplify the vulnerability of individuals. The other focal point of this study is to explore the responsibility of both government and a society as whole in reducing or preventing the suicide rates. Through this analysis, we aim to raise awareness about the critical need for collaborative efforts among governments, communities, and healthcare providers to address the rise of suicide in the modern era. By understanding the intricate web of factors contributing to this crisis, we hope to pave the way for evidence-based strategies and compassionate support systems that can ultimately save lives and promote mental well-being in the 21ist century.
