National Suicide Prevention Strategy for England: Annual Report 2007

This is the fifth annual report of progress for the national suicide prevention program in England. The review shows the overall rate of suicide among the general population continued to fall, a decrease which is also being seen in men under age 35. In addition, the number of suicides among psychiatric inpatients continued to fall. The report sets out what was achieved in 2007 & highlights what activities will take place in 2008.
