From February 14-28, 1999 the Petre channel at the Norwegian Broadcasting company ran a comprehensive campaign focussing on young people & suicide. More than two months after the conclusion of the campaign a listener survey was carried out. This article examines the background for & the content of the campaign & presents some findings from the subsequent listener study. (3 refs.)
