This book is a guide to the warning signs of suicide, written in helpful everyday language. As the survivor of the suicides of her mother, sister, cousin, & a childhood friend, the author is an unintentional expert in the study of suicide. The four people she writes about were different ages, genders, & socio-economic standings & each lost their lives by a different method of suicide, yet there were similarities in the actions leading up to their deaths.
