Young People and Self Harm: a National Inquiry. Interim Inquiry Report 3: ‘Closed Settings, Closed Minds? – Young People who Self-Harm’.

This report summarizes the key findings from the National Inquiry Panel meeting held in January 2005. This meeting examined the different experiences & perceptions of professionals & individuals regarding self-harm across various institutional/residential settings, including the armed forces, young offenders/custodial settings, sheltered housing/foyers & boarding schools. Future work of the Inquiry is outlined.
