Making Sense of Nurses’ Role in the Prevention of Suicide in Schizophrenia

This letter to the editor responds to an earlier article by J Pinikhana et al, regarding risk factors for suicide in schizophrenia. The current authors offer some additional considerations about the implications for mental health nursing in caring for schizophrenic patients at risk for suicide. (13 refs)
