This document provides an overview of a self-esteem workshop specifically designed to help Native individuals value themselves, their cultural background, & their daily activities. Through self-evaluation & the use of traditional tools such as the medicine wheel & the talking stick, participants learn the significance of a physical, mental, & spiritual balance in their lives & appreciate the importance of their cultural backgrounds.
