Panel Discussion: Mental Health Promotion in Native Communities

These 2 presentations review the activities of the Hudson Bay Region of Northern Quebec Social Services Department & of the Native Women’s Association of Montreal. The need for increased awareness of and response to Aboriginal mental health issues, especially hopelessness, depression, & identity-crises, is emphasized.
