Abstract
Human Figure Drawings: an Auxiliary Diagnostic Assessment of Childhood Suicidal Potential
Pfeffer C R~~Richman J
The authors argue that the value of using nonverbal diagnostic techniques to evaluate childhood suicidal risk cannot be underestimated, especially because children often are not able to provide a reliable history of their suicidal tendencies. This paper discusses the theory & use of human figure drawings as an auxiliary technique in evaluating suicidal risk in preadolescents. (14 refs)
