This article presents the case of Les Franklin, a man who lost both sons to suicide. It is noted that he founded a suicide prevention organization after the death of his younger son, which his elder son was active in. Franklin’s anger, particularly regarding his elder son’s death following a promise that he would not hurt his father the way his other son had, is explored. The devastation felt by Franklin about his sons’ deaths is discussed. (SC)
