This article makes a statistical analysis of the suicide rate in Mexico, and then compares this rate to the rates in other countries. Information is also provided on suicide attempts by age group (it is not clear if this data is for all of Mexico or Mexico City only). The greatest percentage of attempts occurred in the 15-19-year age group & the greatest percentage of completions occurred in the 20-24-age group. (4 refs.)
