Case Presentation: a Case of Euthanasia, the Northern Territory, Australia

This brief report discusses the case of a 52-year-old Australian woman who requested euthanasia. The circumstances of her illness & her request for euthanasia are discussed. At the end of the article, the author poses a number of questions about whether or not the woman made an informed decision & if the provisions of Rights of the Terminally Ill Act had been met.
