This article discusses the Sexuality and Youth Suicide Prevention Project. The project is a community-based approach to reducing suicidal behaviour among young people with same sex attractions through peer education, support groups, clinical support, resources & information. The project will develop these strategies into a best practice model while building strong partnerships with other health & community services. The objectives, strategies & service delivery of the program are outlined.
