This is the second part of a discussion of “Out of the Blues” – a demonstration unit funded under the National Youth Suicide Prevention Strategy to provide care for young people suffering from Depression. The first part (see SIEC #20010062)discussed two key areas of treatment – access & alliance. The current discussion focuses on the principles of customer services which have been identified as part of the working philosophy of the project. (3 refs.)
