Isotretinoin use and Risk of Depression, Psychotic Symptoms, Suicide, and Attempted Suicide

This study evaluated whether patients with acne prescribed isotretinoin compared with those prescribed antibiotics showed an increased risk of depression, psychotic symptoms, suicide, or attemtped suicide. They concluded that use of isotretinoin did not result in an increase in any of these symptoms.
