An Investigation Into the Suicide of a Prison Inmate

On August 21, 1997, 21-year-old Teko Williams committed suicide in the Mecklenburg Correctional Center in Boydton, Virginia. An investigation was conducted into his death. This article reprints major portions of the resulting report.
