Several of the programs offered by the Mental Health Association of Macon County, Illinois were described in this session. Programs include “Little Bear”, a sexual abuse play for early elementary students, “Where Am I Going…”, a transition program for students going from elementary to middle school, suicide prevention presentations for Grades 7 & 9, “The Real World is Coming” for junior-senior level students, & a crisis management plan for schools. A postvention program is also available.
