Advice on recognizing & assessing suicide risk is given, including advice for those with schizophrenia or multiple psychotic episodes. Questions to ask to learn about one’s suicide plan are provided. 6 tasks for a helper to execute are provided, as well as helpful resources. Relapse prevention is emphasized.
