The accidental shooting and death of a 34 year old man by a Canadian SWAT team is described in this article. The 34 year old man was mistaken for a suicidal teen that the SWAT team was supposed to assist. Another example of a suicidal 23 year old Ontarian’s death at the hands of a SWAT team is also mentioned.
