“Suicide Prevention Programs at Southern Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, Flinders Medical Centre, South Australia.”

This poster showcased 4 youth suicide prevention programs: 1) “Keep Yourself Alive” – a workshop package; 2) “Early Detection of Emotional Disorders” – a research program; 3) “Out of the Blues” – a mood disorders unit set up to adapt best international practices in the management of the first episode of major depression; & 4) “Outcomes in Child & Adolescent Mental Health” – a study to examine the degree to which factors predict improvements in problem ratings & satisfaction with treatment.
