Youthlink – an Innovative Model of Mental Health Service Delivery to At-Risk Youth

This poster session described an innovative community outreach model of mental health service delivery & contrasted it with more traditional models of services for young people. The rationale for the program – the improvement of access to services – was discussed. The model of the “pathways” followed by YouthLink in response to individual young people at risk of suicide was outlined.
