The primary goal of a successful workshop is to create a safe environment in which the participants can understand key concepts as well as explore their attitudes & practice related techniques. This safety will enhance the attitude & behavioral change that is the objective. The facilitator must be aware of the process, at least as much as the content of the workshop. Discussed are: facilitation techniques, validation, learning & teaching styles, role plays & empowerment.
