This newsclipping presents the dismissal of a lawsuit filed by parents against the city of Plano, Texas after their son died by suicide. Although the presumed motive for his suicide was mistaken information police provided during the youthÕs interrogation (suggesting adult sentencing for the youth), the judge ruled against the parents stating that the government is not liable for all the tragic events which occur in today’s world.
