This book presents the voices & wisdom of those who attended a 1995 “Framework for Living” Workshop in London, Ontario to discuss suicide prevention in Aboriginal communities. It explores underlying causes of suicide, suggests elements of a community response, & provides guidance for communities to attack the problem at its root & embark on their healing journey. Each section provides questions for discussion to help communities develop approaches & services that make most sense to them.
