This article discusses the mental anguish & range of emotions experienced by the survivors of suicide. A tortured sense of guilt, rejection, abandonment, & anger are common feelings of those left behind. Parents in particular need a lot of support. Grieving is normal. The key formula for the suicide survivor is to reach out for help & realize that suicide is an individual choice & that no one is to blame.
