A Process Evaluation of the Suicide Prevention Component at the Saskatoon Mobile Crisis Intervention Service

The executive director of the Mobile Crisis Intervention Service (MCIS) Commissioned a process evaluation to document non-mandated. It was decided to focus the evaluation on the suicide intervention/prevention/postvention services of MCIS. The goals of the evaluation were to document the current procedure employed by the staff to identify, assess and intervene in a suicide related call; to analyze relations with funding agencies and collect demographic information.
