This training manual notes that suicide is not well understood in Australia & that little is done to prevent it. This book has therefore been written essentially for educators involved in suicide awareness & prevention activities. Sections are included to provide education for schools, parents, the general community, & survivors of suicide. It also provides information on suicide trends in Australia. The manual also contains 2 small pamphlets on preventing youth suicide.
