This document includes an information tree, & Protocols & follow-up procedures for youth suicide, adult suicide, professional personnel suicide, cluster/multiple suicide, & homicide/suicide. Appendices include a list of care-giver resources & papers describing the development process of the community post-vention protocols, & operational guidelines of the critical incident stress interventions protocol. These protocols were developed following 2 teen suicides in Fort McMurray in January 1992.
