It discusses how to cope with rude group members, who, for example, interrupt or come in late or leave early noisily. The author suggests appealing to the unique nature of the group & the exceptional circumstances, & acknowledging the rude member’s frustration. He also describes how to handle more serious problems, such as a member coming in drunk, or threatening suicide. (VM)
