This letter to the editor discusses additional results of a case report. The author of the letter had originally written a case report of a patient who was taking fluoxetine & seemed to develop suicidal ideation because of the drug. Due to further actions by the patient, the author now feels there is no connection between fluoxetine & ideation. (VM)
