This article discusses a Winnipeg community suicide prevention committee called SPIN, which was formed in response to a request from a school division. Training workshops are offered to caregivers, & presentation about youth suicide are made to teachers, counsellors, students, radio shows & newspaper. Participant evaluations of workshops are also presented. (VM)
