This article describes the intervention efforts undertaken in a small Texas community after 6 adolescent suicides within 2 months. A case-finding network was established, & planning meetings for community leaders, as well as 2 public forums, were held. The author of the article describes the efforts at intervention & identifies the problems encountered. (VM)
