Reports a follow-up study of 57 schizo-affective pateints who became psychotic under the age of 14. 28% of the 57 psychoses had a typical schizo-affective character. An overrepresentation of affective psychoses & suicides was found in the ancestry of the schizo-affectives. Various differential details are presented. (30 ref)
