Olson R A~~Holden E W~~et al
Evaluated records of inpatient consultations at a pediatric psychology service & surveyed 77 staff members on their satisfaction with the service. Approx. 2/3 of children were referred for outpatient psych services. Staff indicated overall satisfaction with the service; the level of satisfaction was strongly related to the level of diagnostic agreement btwn physicians/nurses & psychologists. The lowest level of satisfaction was noted for verbal & written feedback.
