A comprehensive program of inpatient & outpatient mental health services for children & adolescents is described. A psychiatric hospital, residential treatment program, a partial hospital, & a large outpatient service, as well as, foster care, emergency shelter & home-based therapy services, are included in the program. Treatment is coordinated by multidisciplinary treatment teams. A case history is used to illustrate aspects of the program. 10 refs. (LH)
