Suicide is a tremendous problem which deserves subtle & systematic study because it is not a death so much as a symbol of social disorganization, personality breakdown & failure of the social system to convince the victims that life is worth living. This psychosocial problem is multidimensional & more research is needed in the areas of statistical analysis & depth analysis of attempted cases. (LH)
