Through case vignettes the painful experiences of survivors of suicide are discussed along with parallel healing experiences. Feelings of shame, guilt, & responsibility experienced by the victim’s significant others, & the need to answer the question of why it happened are discussed with reference to the therapeutic process that helps survivors work through these feelings.
