Analysis is applied broadly to organization & community intervention systems, as well as to personality and small-group systems. Based primarly on current developments in Israel, it is written from the viewpoint of a community social worker. Using public health theory, the author develops a model of 3 distinct types of social service systems. He goes on to elaborate both the general characteristics of these service systems and the contribution each can make in times of community-wide crisis.
