Ottens A J
A questionnaire pre- & posttest was administered to 31 students, faculty & staff of a college crisis training program in suicide prevention. Responses were compared to the “expert” responses of 7 professional staff members of the university’s psychological services. Despite a generally high correlation between participants & professionals’ responses, noteworthy posttest changes were found & are reviewed for significance in the prevention of college suicide. 5 ref.
