This study demonstrates the relationship between drinking patterns & identifiable demographic characteristics. Other significant findings were that depression crossed all boundaries of drinking patterns & that those who did not report suicidal ideation also had low depression scores, regardless of drinking patterns. Research data gathered includes demographic characteristics, history of attempts & suicidal ideation, drinking patterns & depressive symptomatology. 12 ref. (NBB)
