Alfred B. DelBello, co-chairman of the National Committee on Youth Suicide, states that in America suicide is the fastest growing cause of death among 15- to 24-year olds. He identifies some of the factors that precipitate adolescent suicide and calls for intervention on the federal level to consolidate the efforts of all states for the investigation & prevention of teen suicides.(NBB)
