Attitudes toward suicide and the need for legislation restricting the use of firearms are discussed in this article which was excerpted by SFSP from the April 20 issue of the San Francisco Chronicle. Death statistics are quoted which indicate that in America there are more suicidal deaths than homicidal deaths from gunshot wounds.(NBB)
