Good-bye, Cruel World, or: Notes on the Suicide Note – (IN: The Peoples Almanac, ed. by D Wallechinsky ; I Wallace)

This is a short collection of suicide notes, some of them from famous people who committed suicide. Some characteristics of suicide notes are described, e.g. generally, suicide notes are: (1) prone to stereotyping; (2) less reliant on adjectives; (3) more reliant on terms of endearment & words denoting certainty; (4) identifiable by their handwriting when examined by graphologists.
