An Ethnographic Look at Black Upward Mobility as it Relates to Internalization Versus Externalization Factors in the Increase of Black Suicide (Micro E 185.89 S8H64 1976)

Study to explore the hypothsis that the recent increase in black suicides was due to the recent upswing in financial mobility for blacks; in short the moving from lower to middle class status. 102 suicides in Los Angeles were reviewed and six cases selected for a psychological autopsy. (KB)
