Guidelines for Suicide Prevention in New York State Colleges (Micro HV 6548 U52N48 1971)

Study of the variations in mental health services in colleges in New York State using interviews with college health personnel and their responses to a College Student Suicide Chart. Guidelines for suicide prevention were formulated in the areas of services of a psychiatrist, co-ordination of health services, special student population, health form standardization, confidentiality procedures, communication, access to health services, outreach programs and preventative education.
