Presents a process model of suicidal behavior which attempts to provide a framework that will outline relationships between the individual and his transactional field. These relationships are used to hypothesize about their function in accounting for the movement of the individual from a nonsuicidal position to suicidal acts of varying degrees of lethality.(KB)
