The Los Angeles Suicide Prevention Center: a Demonstration of Public Health Feasibilities

What a suicide prevention centre could feasibly achieve is the theme of this paper. Based on five years’ experience in Los Angeles, the authors list 12 points which they believe they have demonstrated as feasible & which such a centre could undertake. Furthermore, they indicate why they feel a specialized centre is needed.
