Roots of Hope is a made-in-Canada approach that reflects the MHCC’s value proposition: fostering mental health and wellness by enabling communities to design and implement their own solutions — while facilitating the exchange best practices and lessons learned. As it branches out into more communities and establishes new and growing networks, the project will no doubt take on a life of its own.
