Throughout the month of September, Centre for Suicide Prevention is promoting the Buddy Up campaign with the help of our Champions.

This campaign was created for men by men, encouraging them to have real conversations with their buddies and to support them if they’re struggling with thoughts of suicide. Learn more about how you can help a man in your life at buddyup.ca.

Resources

This campaign included a new infographic about how to talk to someone you’re worried about and an updated toolkit on men’s suicide prevention.

These materials have now been translated into French. The infographic and toolkit can both be accessed here

Webinars

One way you can learn more about the Buddy Up campaign is by attending a free webinar during the month of September.
